Karla Kirch

Karla is an amazing woman with many talents. As the Head of Operations and Finance for Co-Founders Josh & Alana’s companies, we have the privilege of having her on the  One Co. team as well. Karla LOVED the idea of being a part of the Foundation and contributing to seeing impact coming to life. She has three wonderful children to her high school sweetheart, so in between being a rock-star mum and business woman, you might find Karla at the gym working out – enjoying her ‘me time’. She is an asset to our team and she can’t wait to see the change and exciting things coming up in One Co.
